In Brief: SpongeBob and Patrick are hired to paint Mr. Krabs' house.
Story: SpongeBob and Patrick are playing at the Krusty Krab. Patrick skates with two krabby patties running into the wall and knocking the window out of Mr. Krabs' office. Mr. Krabs comes out of his office to see what's going on. SpongeBob tells him that they are performing a ritual to attract customers. Mr. Krabs says he's got something better for them to do. He instructs SpongeBob and Patrick to paint the inside of his house. Mr. Krabs warns them that the paint is permanent and not to drip it on anything or he'll have their rear ends cut off and mounted over his fireplace.
SpongeBob and Patrick look around the room and notice that there are a lot of expensive treasures to drip paint on. They lay out the tarps, open the paint cans and get ready to paint. SpongeBob stands there with his paint brush for hours afraid to start painting. He finally begins to paint and the drop starts to run down the wall. SpongeBob dries it with a hair dryer causing a giant paint bubble to form. Patrick dips his bubble wand in the paint making a second paint bubble. The two bubbles combine into one. Patrick blows the bubble bigger and bigger until it exploids. Amazingly, the paint goes all over the walls, but not on any of Mr. Krabs' antiques.
At first SpongeBob is happy about the perfect paint job until he notices a microscopic paint dot on Mr. Krabs' first dollar. He takes if off the wall and tries to wipe the spot off with his tie. This only causes the paint to smudge and cover the whole dollar. SpongeBob and Patrick try several things to clean the paint off the dollar including putting it in the washing machine and pressure washing it. After all of these plans fail Patrick comes up with the idea of hanging another dollar in it's place. Instead, Patrick uses his only dollar to buy a candy bar.
Mr. Krabs comes home and notices several things in the house, such as one of his dolls in is doll-a-roma being crooked and the floor molding being painted. He tells the boys they did a fine job. As he walks across the room he runs into a stack of paintings coming out of the wall. After taking them all off the wall SpongeBob is hanging on the wall blocking his dollar. After he moves SpongeBob out of the way Mr. Krabs sees his dollar covered with paint and a smiley face drawn on it with crayon. At first Mr. Krabs appears very angry. Then he takes the dollar off the wall and licks the paint off. Mr. Krabs tells them that he lied and that the paint actually comes off with saliva. SpongeBob and Patrick leave the house angry. Mr. Krabs laughs, spitting all over the walls causing all the paint to come off. He says, "I really got to learn to say it, not spray it."

Quotes:
SpongeBob: Do you think we should take this stuff off the walls?
Patrick: No way, SpongeBob! We're not getting paid to move stuff.
SpongeBob: Patrick, we're not getting paid at all.
Patrick: Well, that's what I said. We're not getting paid and that's final!
SpongeBob: Barnacles! What could be worse than a giant paint bubble?
Patrick: Oh, I know! Two giant paint bubbles.
Patrick: We're not cavemen. We have technology! *smashes computer on table*
Patrick: This is all Mr. Krabs' fought. If he hadn't of hung that stupid dollar on the wall in the first place. I mean it's not like it looks any different than a regular dollar. Why hang it? You could stick any old dollar bill up on the wall. Nobody would even know the difference. You might as well just reach into my wallet pull out a dollar and put it on the wall and it would. . .
SpongeBob: Hurry, Patrick! Take out your wallet.
Patrick: I don't see where you're going with this. *pulls dollar out of wallet* Hey, a dollar!
SpongeBob: Oh, I get it Mr. Krabs. You told us the paint was permanent so me and Patrick would be more careful and not get paint on anything.
Mr. Krabs: No. I just like to mess with ya.
Observations:
Ewww! Patrick has A LOT of nose hair.
