In Brief: Squidward uses a time machine to go into the past and the future to get away from SpongeBob and Patrick.
Story: Squidward is about to play his clarinet when SpongeBob and Patrick interrupt him and ask him if he wants to go jellyfishing. He tells them no but they keep asking and asking and everytime Squidward says no. Eventually, Squidwrad tells them he will be right out but he sneaks out the back and heads into the Krusty Krab to try and play his clarinet. Before he can get any notes off, SpongeBob and Patrick look through the doors of the Krusty Krab and see if they can find Squidward, who is in the freezer. Once they walk past the freezer, Squidward tries to get out but the door is locked from the inside.
2000 years later, the door falls down and a flying SpongeBob unfreezes Squidward. He introduces himself as 'SpongeTron'. Squidward asks why everything is chrome and SpongeTron tells him that everything is chrome in the future. Just ask his clones: SpongeTron X, Y, and Z. There are 486 letters of the alphabet in the future.
Squidward tells all the SpongeTrons that he needs to get back to his own time and he doesn't belong in the future. They tell him to take the time machine. He does and his first trip is to the past because he thinks if SpongeBob exists in the future, then he won't in the past. Wrong. A pre-historic SpongeBob and Patrick exist in the past. They scare Squidward a little at first but then they start to smell his arms and legs because they are curious why he doesn't look like them. SpongeBob and Patrick see a jellyfish and are afraid of it but Squidward tells them they shouldn't be afraid. He ends up telling them about jellyfishing.
After he does, he plays his clarinet but this just makes SpongeBob and Patrick mad and chase after Squidward. He starts up the time machine to get away from the maniacs and goes into the future where there is nothing but white space everywhere. He tells himself that he is alone but then these voices keep saying 'alone' and freak him out. He gets so panicked that he shouts out that he misses everyone...including SpongeBob. Once he says he misses SpongeBob, he goes back into his own time period and is happy to see SpongeBob and Patrick. That is, until they ask him if he wants to go jellyfishing. He says no and asks them who invented that stupid game. They reply that it is he that has invented the game.

SpongeBob: Greetings, primitive.
Squidward: Sp...Spongebob? Is that you?
SpongeBob: Spongebob? No! *robot voice* I am Spongetron. *normal voice* Welcome to the future.
Squidward: What?
Spongetron: Welcome to the future.
Squidward: Uhh, the future? Huh? Okay, what's going on here? Why is everything chrome?
Spongetron: Everything is chrome in the future!
Squidward: Wha...? Uhh...Uhh... *Squidward looks outside the window* Oh, my! Impossible! He's lying! *flower pops up from underground and a man comes up to the flower and sprays it with chrome paint* He's right!
Spongetron: Of course I'm right, Squidward. Just ask my clones: Spongetron X, Y, and Z. *Squidward gasps*
Squidward: Are the other letters of the alphabet involved here?
Spongetron: Sure! All 486 of them.
