In Brief: Mr. Krabs tries to get back a hat that he sold to SpongeBob after finding out it's worth a million dollars.

Story: Mr. Krabs is having a yard sale, trying to sell old junk from a garbage can. He sprays the garbage with a deotorizer and waits for customers. SpongeBob and Patrick walk up to see what's going on. Patrick spots his toilet plunger that he threw out and buys it back from Mr. Krabs. SpongeBob finds a novelty soda drinking hat with a #1 written on it. Mr. Krabs convinces SpongeBob to buy it for $10.00. SpongeBob and Patrick walk away, very happy with their purchases.

After SpongeBob leaves, 4 fish stop by and offer Mr. Krabs a million dollars for the rare novelty hat. Mr. Krabs frantically runs to find SpongeBob, so he can get the hat back. He tells SpongeBob that the hat makes him look like a girl, but he says he can't give the hat up after all they've been through. Next, Mr. Krabs offers SpongeBob several other hats in exchange for the novelty hat, but he still refuses.

Finally, Mr. Krabs tries to scare the hat off SpongeBob. He draws a ghost on a sheet of paper, puts it on a fishing line, and hangs it in SpongeBob's window. He tells SpongeBob that the hat belongs to a dead guy named Smitty Werben Yegger Man Jenson, and his spirit will haunt SpongeBob if he doesn't return it to his owner immediatley. Suddenly, SpongeBob walks up from behind Mr. Krabs with a shovel and tells him that he returned the hat to it's owner. He went out to Floater's cemetary and dig up his body. Mr. Krabs is shocked to find that Smitty really exists. He grabs the shovel and goes out to dig the hat back up.

Mr. Krabs walks in the cemetary late at night. He hears something coming and realizes it's Squidward. He walks up to a grave with tears in his eyes and puts flowers down. After Squidward walks away Mr. Krabs walks up to the grave. It read "Here Lies Squidward's Hopes and Dreams." Mr. Krabs comments, "What a baby." He walks through the whole cemetery, but can't find Smitty's grave. He finally comes across the grave and digs it up. After retrieving the hat, Smitty comes alive and demands it back. After Mr. Krabs refuses all the fish come alive and attack him. He fights them off with a sword fish skull and makes his way out of the cemetary.

The next morning Mr. Krabs finds the four fish and tells them that the bidding for the hat will begin at one million dollars. They all laugh, but then realize he doesn't get the joke. One of the fish tells him that a whole warehouse full of the same hat were found and that they were worthless now. SpongeBob walks by wearing a hat with huge orange clapping hands. The fish chase after him offering him one million dollars for the hat. Mr. Krabs starts sobbing. Squidward walks by and sees this and remarks, "What a baby."

Fish: I'll give you a $1.50 for this umbrella.

Mr. Krabs: A $1.50 for that? But it's an antique. It belonged to a queen. 10 bucks.

Fish: 10 bucks? But it's full of holes.

Mr. Krabs: It was the queen of Switzerland.

Fish: A queen you say? Wait a second. . .They don't have a queen.

Patrick: That looks like the toilet plunger I threw out yesterday.

Mr. Krabs: That ain't no toilet plunger. This here's an antique. It's a. . .a 17th soup ladel. See?

Patrick: Man, was I using mine wrong.

Mr. Krabs: I didn't want to say this in front of Patrick, but that hat makes you look like a girl.

SpongeBob: Am I a pretty girl?

Mr. Krabs: Uh. . .You're beautiful.

SpongeBob: Oh, my gosh! A floating shopping list!

Mr. Krabs: I'm not a shopping list. I'm a ghost!

SpongeBob: Licking door knobs is illegal on other planets.

Observations:

Antique Sale A disposable razor, underwear, a plunger, an old umbrella, and a tire were some of the things at Mr. Krabs' antique sale.

Patrick's Lollipop A pair of underwear got stuck to Patrick's lollipop.

Sack The sack that Mr. Krabs' hats were in said "Toppers".

Shopping List The items on Mr. Krabs' shopping list were Milk, Eggs, and Cheese.

Bubble Blowing SpongeBob uses the soda drinking hat to blow bubbles.

I'm With Stupid One of the graves says, "I'm With Stupid."

Smitty's Grave Smitty's grave didn't have his full name. The Man Jenson part was added on.
