In Brief: Patrick goes to Boating School with SpongeBob.
Story: SpongeBob's alarm clock goes off. Gary presses a button causing SpongeBob to fly out of bed. He lands in a chair grabbing a mug and jumps up catching a piece of toast in his mouth. Then, SpongeBob jumps into his pants and lands on a red target that Gary has painted on the floor. SpongeBob says goodbye to Gary and opens the front door revealing Patrick standing outside. Patrick wants to go jellyfishing but SpongeBob tells him that he has to go to school. He suggests that Patrick go to school with him and they go together.
When they arrive at Boating School, SpongeBob shows Patrick around. He tells Patrick where the hallway, fountain, lockers, and stairs of learning are. Next, he takes him in the classroom and shows him the Good Noodle board. SpongeBob has the most gold stars, of course and puts Patrick's name up so he can start getting stars also. Finally, SpongeBob shows Patrick, Roger, an egg which is their class science experiment.
Class begins and Mrs. Puff asks Patrick to stand up and introduce himself, but he's so nervous he forgets his name. SpongeBob and Patrick goof off in class. Mrs. Puff gives them a warning. Patrick passes a note to SpongeBob, which is a picture of Mrs. Puff labled Big, Fat Meanie. As punishment for two classroom disruptions Mrs. Puff takes away one of SpongeBob's gold stars. This upsets SpongeBob very much causing him to pass out in the floor. Finally, Mrs. Puff gets tired of his nonsense and sends SpongeBob to the back of the classroom. Patrick tries to get SpongeBob's attention by waving his arms and throwing spit balls.
During recess, SpongeBob confronts Patrick in the hallway and tells him how angry he is that he got him sent to the back of the classroom and cost him one of his Good Noodle stars. They start fighting but end up beating themselves up. Mrs. Puff sees this and sentences both SpongeBob and Patrick to detention. While sitting in the classroom, SpongeBob and Patrick say that they hate each other and argue back and forth. Suddenly, the light bulb keeping Roger alive burnt out. Spongebob and Patrick apologize to each other and decide to work together to save Roger. SpongeBob keeps Roger warm while Patrick goes to get a new light bulb. Mrs. Puff sees their team work from behind her one way chalkboard and decide to give each of them one gold star. Roger hatches and asks, "Hey, what'd I miss?!

Quotes:
Mrs. Puff: Young man, why don't you stand up and introduce yourself?
Patrick: Whose the fat kid talking to?
SpongeBob: You, Patrick. She's the teacher.
SpongeBob: Patrick, I just thought of something funnier than 24.
Patrick: Let me hear it.
SpongeBob: Twenty five. (both bust out laughing)
SpongeBob: I hate you, Patrick.
Patrick: I hate you more.
SpongeBob: Well, I hate you no matter what.
Patrick: Yeah, well I'd hate you, even if I didn't hate you.
SpongeBob: I'd hate you even if that made sense.
Patrick: I'd hate you even if you were me. That's how much I hate you.
SpongeBob: I'm sorry I called you a stupid star!
Patrick: I'm sorry I got you in trouble and got you moved to the back of the class and got your good noodle star removed and shot the spit balls!
SpongeBob: I'm sorry your apology is so long.
