In Brief: Plankton turns the Chum Bucket into a novelty store.
Story: It's another attempt to steal the krabby patty by Plankton. Well, Mr. Krabs thinks so. Plankton has decided to give up his business of the Chum Bucket. When Mr. Krabs walks over to talk to him, Plankton tells him that he's never had a customer. But there's one more trick up his sleeve: turning his business into a novelty item store.
After Mr. Krabs learns that Plankton wants to sell knickknacks, he turns into a crazy man. Anything Plankton does has to be some sort of scheme to get the formula. SpongeBob buys a snow globe over at 'Chumporium', Plankton's new business name, but Mr. Krabs knows that there is a camera or microphone in it so he throws it into his closet of Plankton's past schemes. As Mr. Krabs continues to go deeper into his crazy zone, he sees Plankton's store with a bunch of snow globes and other miscellaneous novelty items. He investigates and destroys all of Plankton's merchandise leaving Plankton sad but also angry. Mr. Krabs tries giving Plankton the formula but Plankton tells him to get out.
That night, Mr. Krabs calls Plankton on the phone and apologizes for his behavior earlier. He never realized until now that he hurt the feelings of someone he cared about. Mr. Krabs asks Plankton if he could make it up and grab a soda the next day and Plankton agrees.
The next day, Mr. Krabs and Plankton are walking along the pier trying out different things: dhooting pool, hot air balloon, see-saw, cotton candy, and trust booth. As they are both sitting on the edge of the pier, Mr. Krabs explains to Plankton that it's been the best day in a long time and he can really trust Plankton now. In fact, he trusts him so much that he offers to give him the formula now that they are friends. Plankton is a little hesitant at first but takes it. Back at the Chumporium, Plankton thinks he has won until he reads the formula that Mr. Krabs gives him, which reads "Gotcha". Mr. Krabs turns on the light and laughs at him saying that he will never give him the formula.

Quotes:
Mr. Krabs: Let's party! *music plays* Ow! I won! It's time to boogie. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah!
Squidward: This is idiotic.
Mr. Krabs: Dance or you're fired.
Squidward: You got it, Mr Krabs. *dances*
Plankton: Yeah, baby! This is it. Yeah! Whoo! *laughs. Runs into his Chumporium* I got it! I got it! My diabolical, extremely convoluted plan worked! I should've been a politician. *laughs. Opens up the formula to read "GOTCHA! Love, Krabs". Lights turn on*
Mr. Krabs: I never gave you the formula. I fooled you with an even more convoluted charade. *laughs and walks out. Plankton screams*

"Happy Birthday" balloon
Snow globe
Stuffed animal
Candy cane
Ball
Ukelele
Sucker
Rubber duck
Past Schemes When Mr. Krabs throws the snow globe into a room full of Plankton's past schemes, we can see that 'Robot Krabs' is in there. Why is it in there when it blew up in "Imitation Krabs"?
Secret Formula The secret formula that Mr. Krabs was trying to give Plankton the first time was on a beige piece of paper. The second time was a blue piece of paper. Plankton should've known better.

Walk along the pier
Shooting pool
Hot air balloon
See-saw
Cotton candy
Trust booth
