In Brief: Mrs. Puff gets fired after SpongeBob fails her class too many times.
Story: Mr. Fitz from the Boating School Creditation Bureau comes to see Mrs. Puff. It's time for her teaching certificate to be renewed but SpongeBob has failed her class way too many times. Mrs. Puff explains to Mr. Fitz that SpongeBob is unteachable. He blames Mrs. Puff for the failings instead of SpongeBob. He comes in and tells Mrs. Puff that's he's ready for his boating test. Mr. Fitz tells Mr. Puff that if SpongeBob fails this test she will be replaced.
SpongeBob tries to buckle his seatbelt but just gets tangled up. SpongeBob starts the boat and procedes to drive and crashes into another boat. Mr. Fitz tells SpongeBob that he didn't fail and that Mrs. Puff was the one who failed him. Mr. Fitz tells Mrs. Puff that she is relieved of her teaching duties. Instead of being upset Mrs. Puff is thrilled. She exhales all her air and blows away.
SpongeBob sits in Mrs. Puff's classroom, upset that he got Mrs. Puff fired. The new teacher breaks down the door and comes in the classroom. He's a huge, mean drill sergeant type shark. He calls the class worthless students and tells them that everyone will pass his class or be carted out in their Granny's handbasket. A student tries to talk but the teacher throws him through a door. Another takes a bon-bon that is offered to him and is also thrown through a door. He then goes to say that if anyone isn't man enough for the class they should leave. Everyone runs off except for SpongeBob.
Outside, the instructor is ready to teach SpongeBob. SpongeBob jumps in the boat but is pulled out by the teacher. He tells SpongeBob he's not ready for that yet. The instructor shows SpongeBob the track and tells him he must learn every bump and crack on it. First, he makes SpongeBob crawl it. SpongeBob get a pebble stuck in his head causing him to weave out of control. After some practice SpongeBob crawls the track perfectly. Next, SpongeBob must take the boat apart and put it back together again. SpongeBob does this but instead of a boat SpongeBob builds a rocket ship. SpongeBob runs the course and knows where every single pedestrian is on it. Finally, SpongeBob is ready to actually drive the boat. He drives blindfolded and drives perfectly and parallel parks like a pro.
The big day of the exam arrives and Mr. Fitz gets ready to grade SpongeBob's driving. SpongeBob puts on his seatbelt, starts the boat and is about to put on his blindfold. The instructor tells him that driving with a blindfold is illegal. SpongeBob says that he can't drive without a blindfold. The instructor yells at him to start driving. He of course drives like a maniac. He goes through a field where Mrs. Puff is painting a portrait. The instructor jumps out of the boat and dives in front of it trying to get it to stop. The boat runs over him. SpongeBob drives through town running into every building, somehow getting Patrick's trunks on his head. He dodges some pedestrians and finally parrallel parks. Mr. Fitz realizes that SpongeBob is unteachable, so he hires Mrs. Puff back again. SpongeBob records got destroyed in the explosion so it was like he never failed. SpongeBob glues Mrs. Puff's name tag back together and puts it on her desk. Mrs. Puff starts to cry.

Student: It's a delightful taste sensation.
