In Brief: Mermaidman joins forces with SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward and Sandy to fight Barnacleboy, ManRay and The Dirty Bubble for justice.
Story: Mermaidman is holding up the line at the Krusty Krab trying to decide what he wants to order. When he finally knows what he orders, he also orders Barnacleboy's food, a silly meal. This puts Barnacleboy in a rage and demands respect. The only way he is going to get respect is to join the darkside. That's when ManRay and The Dirty Bubble appear in their villian mobile.
Mermaidman decides to give up but with the help of SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy, and Squidward, they decide to fight crime against E.V.I.L. (Every Villian Is Lemons). While chatting with the chief, they learn that the power is all in the costumes. No one knew that the superpowers worked like that.
They head to Make Out Reef, where Barnacleman, ManRay, and The Dirty Bubble are causing havoc to citizens by shining flashlights at the people making out. Once our heroes arrive, they introduce themselves: SpongeBob as "The Quickster", Patrick as "The Elastic Waistband", Squidward as "Captain Magma", and Sandy as "Miss Appear". Once Mermaidman gives the signal to attack, everything goes terribly wrong: Captain Magma shoots lava out of his head and onto The Quickster, Elastic Waistband tries to slowdown The Quickster but his arms stretch out too much, Mermaidman throws a waterball at Captain Magma causing him to lose his powers, and Miss Appear gets his by a car while she is invisible. E.V.I.L. has won and, according to the Superhero-Supervillian rules, they get 3 demands. Barnacleboy's demands are: #1 is to be treated like a superhero and not a sidekick, #2 is he wants to be called Barnacleman, and #3 is he wants an adult-sized krabby patty. Once the demanding is over, Barnacleboy joins forces with Mermaidman and again.
Back at the Krusty Krab, Barnacleboy is eating an adult-sized krabby patty but he says he can't finish it all and everyone laughs.

Mermaidman: Sure! Power's all in the costume! Why else would we run around in colored undies?
Squidward: I can think of three good reasons.
Barnacleman: First, I want to be treated like a superhero, not a sidekick. Second, I want to be called Barnacleman. And number three...
ManRay: Come on, world domination!
Barnacleman: I want an adult-sized Krabby Patty.
Dirty Bubble: Did you hear him say anything about eating dirt?
Observations:
Cheap The cost of a Krabby Patty in this episode is $1.25 but in Imitation Krabs it was $2.99.
License Plate Just like the superheroes, the villians have a vehicle to get around in. The license plate reads "MEAN 2 U"
