In Brief: SpongeBob thinks he turned Squidward into an ice cream cone.
Story: As SpongeBob is watching TV, he notices a commercial for a magic kit. He orders it and four to six weeks later, it arrives. Who's going to be his first victim? None other than Squidward! But Squidward does not want to be any part of a magic trick. While he sneaks away onto a bus, SpongeBob does not notice he is gone because he is still doing his magic trick. As he is doing his trick, a little kid's ice cream cone slips out of his hand and lands on Squidward's lawn chair where Squidward used to be. Finally, SpongeBob is done with his trick and is convinced he turned Squidward into an ice cream cone. But he can't leave him as a cone forever so he tries to transform him back but nothing is working. So, he panics.
SpongeBob wants Squidward to continue his normal life, even as an ice cream cone. So, he takes him to the movies, reads him a story in bed, and takes him to the beach. But when he takes him to the beach, that's where things go wrong. Ice cream starts to melt and even being stepped on. To prevent anything further from happening to Squidward, he runs home and puts the cone in the freezer. But why would he want to be alone? He puts a pink ice cream cone in there to keep him company. As Patrick comes over, SpongeBob spills the beans on what he did to Squidward. Patrick, seemingly to be uninterested, goes into the freezer and retrieves the ice cream cone. He licks it over and over until SpongeBob takes it away. But as he explains what he needs to do, the ice cream melts away onto the floor for Patrick to lick up. After seeing this, SpongeBob blames the magic kit and tears it apart into pieces but he stops because he notices an address on the box to Mister Magic he can go visit and, hopefully, he can fix it.
They follow the brown-tiled road to Mister Magic's place. No one has seem him in person before and probably for good reason. SpongeBob and Patrick enter his palace and ask for help. But as they do this, Mister Magic does not seem to want to offer any help. SpongeBob keeps begging for help as Patrick notices something coming out from the curtain. He checks it out and reveals a fish talking into a voice magnifier that sounds just like Mister Magic. SpongeBob and Patrick don't know who this is but they ask anyway. The mysterious fish explains who he is and tells them that there is no way he can fix it. After hearing this, SpongeBob goes ballistic and screams that it's all a fake and how disappointed he is.
Later at Squidward's house, SpongeBob is leaning over his lawn chair still crying and screaming about how fake this magic stuff was. The bus from earlier returns and Squidward steps off of it. To his surprise, SpongeBob is relieved and offers to do another magic trick for Squidward. Squidward does not want any magic so he tells a motorcycle bike to stop and he jumps on and rides off. Patrick is hungry and asks SpongeBob to turn him into a jar of mayonnaise so he can eat himself.

Patrick: Oh...soft serve. *licks ice cream cone*
Spongebob: Patrick! Stop eating Squidward!
Patrick: Oh, sorry. *licks it a few more times*
Spongebob: Patrick! *Patrick licks it again* Pat...
Patrick: But he's so tasty! *licks it many more times before Spongebob takes it*

Mr. Magic Ent. How did he do that? When Patrick finds out about the fish doing the voice for Mister Magic, the fish says "Uh" without pushing the button so this causes Mister Magic to do the same thing. But in other instances, he has to push the button to speak.
