In Brief: Another one of Plankton's schemes finds him dating Mr. Krabs' mother, Mama Krabs.
Story: A robot has attacked the city and kidnapped a few citizens. It brings them to the Chum Bucket and drops all of them inside. Plankton is waiting there and tells them they are forced to eat at the Chum Bucket now! The citizens get angry and walk away.
As Mr. Krabs is counting his money, his mother, Mama Krabs, walks in and wants some money to buy a new hat. Thinking quickly, Mr. Krabs pushes his own mother out the door to avoid any more confrontation. When Plankton finishes his argument with his W.I.F.E., Karen, he notices Mama Krabs walking down the road. He compliments her, to himself, about her beauty and other aspects.
Plankton sends his robot to kidnap Mama Krabs, while she is sleeping. He tries to tell her some poetry, which doesn't work. Then he tries to spell out "I Love You" with the robot's laser, and that doesn't work. Then the robot karate chops a rock into a statue of Mama Krabs. This impresses her. Later, Plankton calls Mama Krabs on the phone and they have a little conversation going. He tells her that he will be meeting her at the Krusty Krab that night at eight o'clock.
Later that night, SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs are setting up for Mama Krabs date when Plankton arrives. Mr. Krabs is still unaware that Plankton is dating his mother until they get to talking about the Chum Bucket. When they are arguing, Mama Krabs takes her 'boyfriend', Plankton, and walks out apologizing for her son's behavior.
Later, Mr. Krabs walks into the Chum Bucket and warns Plankton to stay away from his mother. Why? Well, she also knows the secret formula and not even Plankton knew that she did. He has hatched an idea for how to get the formula. That night, Plankton asks Mama Krabs to marry her but Mr. Krabs pleads to his mother to say no because he's a bad, bad man. She hands the ring back to Plankton and says that she is not ready for that kind of relationship yet. Plankton is furious and tells her to hand over the Krabby Patty and he will call it even. She questions if that is the whole reason why he was dating her. She punches him back to the Chum Bucket and all is done.

Quotes:
Plankton: Everything I do is always wrong in your eyes.
Karen: Maybe it's because you are always wrong.
Plankton: Fine, I'm wrong and you're right.
Karen: You said it, not me.
Plankton: Why did I ever install that nagging software?
Karen: Nagging software? I heard that! Come back and dust my screen.
Plankton: Why did I ever buy that computer wife? I need a real woman--not a girl in a cold-hearted shell. *sees Mama Krabs* Such beauty. She's an angel; and no wires. I've never felt like this before. I don't even know her name and yet she's stolen my heart.
Karen: Plankton?! You've fallen in love with another woman? I'm your wife!
Plankton: You're a W.I.F.E.: Wired Integratred Female Elecrtoencephalograph.
Karen: Oh, you always pull that one out! "You're not a real wife, you're just a computer!"
Plankton: Aah! Why don't you have an 'off' switch. *sees an off switch*
Karen: Plankton, don't you dare... *turns off*
