In Brief: Mr. Krabs takes SpongeBob and Squidward clam fishing.
Story: A customer at the Krusty Krab orders coral bits, giving Mr. Krabs his one millionth dollar. He comes out of his office, dancing around and celebrating. Mr. Krabs tells SpongeBob and Squidward that they are going on a trip for helping him receive his one millionth dollar. They're going clam fishing.
They go out on Mr. Krabs' boat, the S.S. Cheapskate. While casting his fishing line, SpongeBob accidently hooks Squidward's books, lawn chair, shirt, and finally nose and throw them all overboard. Mr. Krabs tells Squidward to lighten up and not to bring anything on a boat that you're not prepared to lose. As Mr. Krabs is talking to Squidward, SpongeBob hooks Mr. Krabs' dollar which is taped to his pants. He yells for SpongeBob to reel it in quickly before anything happens to it. He reels it in and gives it back to Mr. Krabs. As he hold up the dollar a giant clam dives out of the water and grabs it out of Mr. Krabs' claw.
Mr. Krabs is devastated and starts to cry. He sobs hysterically until Squidward promises that he'll help him get his dollar back. Mr. Krabs puts on his fishing gear and tells SpongeBob and Squidward to keep an eye out for 'Ol Blue lips. Three days later they're standing in the same spot and they've grown beards. SpongeBob and Squidward come up with a scheme to give Mr. Krabs another dollar and pretend it's his millionth dollar. Unfortunately he notices the difference. Mr. Krabs throws all the food overboard and says that nobody eats until he get his dollar back. Mr. Krabs is going so insane that SpongeBob and Squidward decide to try to escape by sneaking over to the lifeboat. Mr. Krabs catches them.
Mr. Krabs decides the best way to deal with them is to use them for live bait. Mr. Krabs hangs SpongeBob and Squidward over the water and plays music to lure Blue Lips towards the boat. When he gets close Mr. Krabs dives inside his mouth and grabs his dollar back. Blue Lips slams shut and goes back under the water. At first, SpongeBob and Squidward think Mr. Krabs is a goner, but seconds later Mr. Krabs sticks his head out of the water and holds up his dollar. He said that Blue Lips was quite the fighter but they settled on a trade. Mr. Krabs jumps out of the water revealing that his whole body is gone.

Quotes:
Mr. Krabs: Do you know what this is?
Squidward: A very dirty dollar.
SpongeBob: Hey, Squidward. You want me to cast out over here so you can watch me?
Squidward: How about you cast out over there so I can ignore you?
Squidward: We've been here for three days and haven't gotten a nibble! This is hopeless!
SpongeBob: Yeah, and I've got to get home to feed Gary. *shows Gary eating sofa*
Mr. Krabs: This isn't me millionth dollar. This is an ordinary dollar that's been crumpled up, torn slightly, soaked in the lagoon, and kissed with coral blue, number 2 semi-gloss lipstick!
SpongeBob: *SpongeBob putting on blue lipstick* Actually, it's coral blue #. . . *Squidward hits SpongeBob in the head*
Observations:
Cheaper The coral bits were $1.00 in this episode, but in "Krusty Krab Training Video" they were $1.95.
